To Twitter Or Not To Twitter

Aycorumba (Sp) what have I done by joining Twitter? Took me 3 tries to sign up. Has taken me 3 days to figure some of it out..lol...I have enough trouble trying to keep up with a blog! The consensus seems to be that if you twitter it will help your business. Hm, I know I could use the help. I can crochet without thinking about it, but advertising online well I am so out of my element there. There is so much to consider. How do I find people who will be interested in what I have to say?
